Email Stuck in Microsoft Outlook Outbox

You've sent an email, then realized it had a 30 MB attachment. Ouch! Now, you try to delete it from your Outbox and you get an error, or it simply won't delete. What to do?

From Outlook's File menu, choose Work Offline. Delete the message from your Outbox. That's it!
