When your data format changes, for instance the date shows as 27-Jan-2005 instead of January 27, 2005, edit your merge field format. See this article.
When you have a space in front of your first record, use the individual merge fields instead of using the Address Block. See this article.
When you see blank lines that you want to suppress, use the individual merge fields instead of using the Address Block. See this article.
When you run or preview a mail merge and all your records are the same, it's because there is no Next Record field. You can insert these manually. See this article.
When you try to IncludePicture and can't make it work, click here to see my sample download for syntax. You MUST copy the folder called MergePictures directly to the C:\ drive before performing the merge for it to work. After creating your merged document, you MUST hit Ctrl+A then F9 to update the fields so all the different graphics work.
